2019 BlessFest Venue

BlessFest is an annual Summer Celebration of the Great Mystery. We gather outdoors under a huge beautifully decorated tent surrounded by a sweet pop up village of tea parlors, herbal elixir bars and art vendors. Nearby there is a beautiful old barn for yoga and dance and camping in the field on the edge of the forest.

Our home this year is the beautiful Hampshire College located in Amherst, Massachusetts. Hampshire‘s dedication to the environment, rolling hills, beautiful farmland, commitment to locally grown food, sustainable agriculture and forestry and rich tradition for transformation are a perfect match for BlessFest 2019. We look forward to having you join us!

“So well done! Conscious, divine, open, affordable, friendly and down to earth! I’ll be back!” – Mike Houlihan

BlessFest is excited to announce this years location to be held at Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts. Hampshire College is a private liberal arts college that opened in 1970 as an experiment in alternative education and is widely known for its alternative curriculum, socially liberal politics, focus on portfolios rather than distribution requirements, and its reliance on narrative evaluations instead of grades and GPAs.

Hampshire College offers single dorm rooms for affordable rates. Rooms are classic college dorm rooms with shared bathrooms. Linens and pillows can be purchased at registration or you can bring your own. Hampshire and BlessFest also offer camping for a limited number of spots on their rural campus. See registration for prices and details.

Healthy meals will be offered through the Hampshire College cafeteria using many organic, locally sourced and seasonal products. Three meals per day will be offered and packages are available through online registration. All meals must be purchased ahead of time and cannot be added on upon arrival.

“Finally an authentic, loving, inspiring festival that has life changing effects!” – Lisa Silverman

Zero-Waste & Eco-Friendly

BlessFest strives to be a zero waste event. Please bring your own containers for water and snacks. Plan to look for the appropriate areas for recycling and compost. Help us reach the goal of zero waste: the conservation of all resources by means of responsible production, consumption, reuse, and recovery of all products, packaging, and materials, without burning them, and without discharges to land, water, or air that threaten the environment or human health.
